We should of tried one of everything! I ate so many different pastries in France and I guess I'm not a meringue fan. Loves watching them make them. The cake is composed of layers of fluffy merengue and wonderful frosting with delicate flakes of chocolate or other toppings like white chocolate, coffee, nuts, etc. One of the best things we ate in France. The flavored rounds rolled is sweet goodies marvelous. The chocolate bread was also so delicious.
