I knew nothing about this one, even the synopsis wasn't anything really eye-catching. Was this review helpful? 1. From the moment Jungle begins it doesn't let you go and even when you've finished it it comes back and haunts you because you can't believe this actually happened. Not only that but the tale and momentum of the film was so engaging that I could not peel my eyes away for more than a minute. His two friends are not only unsympathetic, but they become openly hostile and stop talking to him when he has difficulty walking and slows them down. The movie is about a group of friends that are tempted to go on an adventure into the jungle and got separated and, finally lost. a list of 15 titles An hour to make sure his wife survives. The blandly titled Jungle fulfils my expectations on many levels. The men soon realize that the jungle is a difficult place to be. We have seen better, but no doubt that is an incredible actor. I wonder if they could've done with less CGI in the picture, though, as some of it seemed a little unreal. Use the HTML below. In summary an entertaining watch but left me cold and heroised a stupid young man's jungle adventure ultimately causing unnecessary suffering and loss of life. This was an immediate red flag - who would go into the jungle without a gun or a machete!!! You like movies about survival, Adventure, Friendship, what's it like to live for days in a jungle? The tale is told from the perspective of Yossi (Daniel Radcliffe), an Israeli explorer hell bent on juicing more out of life than the usual routines. And he must do it all from the cockpit of his Cessna.

Seriously, I made an account just so I could say how good this movie was. They're know-it-alls - just because the characters didn't make the choices you wanted them to do, doesn't make it a bad movie- if that's what you're after, go play The Sims! I don't think I'd even heard anyone talk about this one yet.

I liked this film. A brilliant film and story of survival that should not be missed. The group separates when the teacher with the painful foot infection goes back to town with the guide. Generally I have to like the characters in order to enjoy a movie, but I still enjoyed this movie and would highly recommend it. Directed by Greg McLean and written by Justin Monjo, the film stars Daniel Radcliffe as Ghinsberg, with Alex Russell, Thomas Kretschmann, Yasmin Kassim, Joel Jackson, and Jacek Koman in supporting roles. They get lost. A young solicitor travels to a remote village where he discovers the vengeful ghost of a scorned woman is terrorizing the locals. Im gonna start off with Daniel Radcliffe. I suspect that all those who give 5 stars or less are fans of Marvel-Movies and the Fast&Furious series.

Was this review helpful? Towards the end of the film we get to see the real people behind these characters and those photos will stay with you long after you've seen the film.

Altho many admire Daniel Radcliffe as Yossi, I find him an odd casting. Later as a U.S. Military Officer, I graduated from the U.S. Army's Jungle Warfare School when the School was still at Panama. Eventually the photographer who had been on the boat with Radcliffe gets rescued, and he in turn goes back to the jungle and rescues Radcliffe, who appears minutes away from starving to death. The other two go down the river again, but smash their boat in the rapids and then they also get separated.


Trully astonishing and thrilling true story was beautifully brought to screen.

Also disliked the delirium, hallucinations scenes. You can fill in the blanks from there. He was simply BRILLIANT in this movie. For this reason it was hard to empathise. 8 out of 13 found this helpful.
